Rotor
Rotors are asymmetric in profile and backed up by ball bearings and roller bearings and operate at a low speed,thereby low in abrasion and maintenance and repair expenses and the bare compressor being long in service life.Helical gears can produce axial force to kill some acting force,which reduces the load of bearing of bare compressor.
Shaft Sealing Device
Our compressors have a mating metal-framed double-rimed fluororubber ring able to withstand some pressure and form a lubricatable shaft sealing device.The shaft liner is specially processed with our unique technology,with perfect sealing performance and super-long useful life.
Bearing
SKF bearings,which are of high quality and can withstand unusual weight,are adopted for the screw air compressors to guarantee the rotation and load of bearings and thereby ensure long service life of bearings.

The kernel of each screw air compressor lines in the bare compressor,and the screw is milled and grounded for high precision by state of the art numerical control processing center.With the advanced technical process and high quality materials and high precision measuring method,each part is guaranteed for highest precision,and combined with fine grinding of screw profile and computer-based multi-step rotor control process,the rotor profile is guaranteed for 100% precision.
Optimal mode of rotation
The compressors in ERC series rotates by means of triangular belts.coupling direct connection and gear change.The compressors are reasonably structured to ensure excellent operation and easy and correct installation,commissioning and maintenance,and it can also realize maximum rotational efficiency and longer useful life.
